was born in Queretaro Mexico and my love for the kitchen began at 11 years old while cooking beside my mother. That early passion has never faded if anything it has grown straonger with every year and every plate. I warmly invite you to speak with me during your visit. If you’re craving something unique or have a special idea in mind, i would be honored to create a personalized dish just for you. Your creativity inspires mine, and together we can craft a plate that reflects the spirit of this kitchen.
